GENERALLY, premenstrual syndrome or PMS is felt weaker sex a few days before the coming months. Besides quick to anger and upset, other symptoms ie mood swings, and dizziness make womenfolk feel uncomfortable.

Based on research conducted by the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, eating cereal for breakfast every morning can help reduce symptoms of PMS worse.

Researchers discovered that women who go on a diet rich in thiamine and riboflavin, a B vitamin, will feel better while undergoing pre-menstrual symptoms. Similarly, as reported by the Cosmopolitan, on Tuesday (22/03/2011).

Researchers emphasize that vitamin B supplements will not affect the PMS, then you have to eat cereal from being able to get benefits.

Other foods are also rich in thiamine (better known as vitamin B1), including pasta, fish, nuts, and soy.

Women are advised to consume only 1.1 mg of riboflavin or vitamin B2 which will you get from 1 ½ cups 1 ½ cups of cereal with milk, or 2 egg omelet with mushrooms, and ½ cup cheese. Riboflavin can be easily found in milk, eggs, yogurt, and mushrooms.
