Data obtained intelligence on Osama bin Laden's compound in Pakistan shows that Al-Qaeda network will be carried out attacks on trains United States (U.S.) on the 10th anniversary Sept. 11 attacks.
U.S. Department of Homeland Security notify law enforcement agencies in a bulletin quoted by AFP on Friday (06/05/2011), in February 2010, Al Qaeda is expected to launch an attack on the railway network at a location in the U.S. on 10th anniversary 11 September 2001 attacks.
A source said the warning was obtained by the intelligence during an ambush in the compound of Osama, which the U.S. elite troops shot dead Osama and seized computer hardware and other items.
Official message noted that the information is based on the initial report and warned that such information could be misleading or inaccurate due to the rapid development of the situation and may change.
In the bulletin said, although there is clearly a plan of attack, the Defense Ministry does not have information which indicates a scenario that was implemented to target an attack on public transport and there is no information regarding the location or the target specific.
According to the Department of Homeland Security, Al Qaeda's plans to reverse the train by damaging tracks, so trains will be off track and fell off a cliff or a bridge.
Al Qaeda noted that making an attack by tilting train can only be successfully done so, because the tilting train is easy to determine. Al Qaeda also noted the recent train engine has its own braking system and a particular movement can blew, and the train will not be out of line.
The bulletin also said the U.S. Transportation Security Agency will give warn on rail supervisor immediately about the attack.
