Shocking news re-emerged in Australia GP 2011. FIA disqualify Sauber because it is considered technical violations.
After the race stedwards check a car's condition. The results they found anomalies in the Sauber C30-owned Sergio Perez and Kamui Kobayashi.
The design of the two cars are considered to have violated the FIA technical regulations 3.10.1 and 3.10.2. In this case the rear wing Sauber caught less than 100 mm as it is written in the regulation.
This decision was clearly detrimental to Sauber for the race at Albert Park circuit they managed to put riders participated in the sequential-seventh position (Perez) and eight (Kobayashi).
The committee also revised the results of races later. Felipe Massa who had only managed to finish in ninth position, now up to replace Perez in the seventh position as well so on.
